Social media is a great platform to keep in touch with your friends, and it could be a useful tool professionally too, but many people end up being addicted. People tend to expect a lot from others, and they are constantly searching for validation and attention from others by expecting a bunch of comments from other users.

It explains why they end up being disappointed because they unconsciously put their happiness in the hands of others.

Social media users think that good news is only getting a lot of likes and comments on their posts. They are actually hurting themselves by thinking this way.
