Boredom is an emotion which brings low energy and is unpleasant.
It’s very easy to turn on the TV or a computer game and be entertained for a short period of time.
However being bored is a great opportunity to be creative and imaginative. Firstly, sit down with a pen and a piece of paper and then, set goals that are aspirational. You can also rearrange your bedroom or read a book if you are feeling bored.
