Step 1:
Establish a Routine: Set a time each day for exercise

Step 2:
Eat well & cut down on sugary foods. Eat at least 3 well-balanced meals a day.

• Berries - High in fibre
• Fish - Protein & Omega 3
• Nuts - Plant protein

Step 3:
Drink plenty of water. Water is essential!
• It makes up 70% of our bodies
• 80% of brain tissue is made of water
• On average we need 2-3 litres a day
