Human-centered design is a creative problem-solving approach that focuses on understanding people’s needs and designing solutions from their perspective.

It involves three phases: inspiration, ideation, and implementation. In the inspiration phase, you explore ideas by staying attuned to users' needs. During ideation, you generate and refine many ideas, creating prototypes and seeking feedback. The implementation phase involves finalizing partnerships, securing a business model, and launching the solution.

This approach ensures that solutions are practical and well-received.

Vocabulary:

• Approach - a way of dealing with something or a method.

• Ideation - the process of generating ideas or concepts.

• Prototype - an early model or sample of a product used to test and improve it.

• Tangible - capable of being touched or perceived by touch; real or concrete.

• Iteration - the process of repeating and refining a process or design.

• Implementation - the act of putting a plan or idea into effect.
