Our body has many parts, and each part has a special job. The head has the forehead, eyes, nose, mouth, and ears, which help us see, hear, smell, eat, and speak. The cheeks and chin help us smile and show emotions. The neck supports the head and helps us turn it. The arms include elbows, forearms, wrists, hands, fingers, and thumbs, which we use to lift, carry, hold, write, and grab things. The chest protects the heart and lungs, while the stomach holds the food we eat. The back has a spine, which helps us stand tall. Our legs, with thighs, knees, calves, and shins, help us walk, run, and jump. Feet have toes, heels, and arches that help us balance, stand, and move. Every part of the body is important and helps us every day!
