Forming friendships as an adult can be challenging due to a variety of factors. Busy work schedules, geographical distance, and different life stages can all make it difficult to connect with others. Additionally, adults may have established friend groups or find it hard to meet new people outside of work or social circles. Building meaningful relationships takes time and effort, but it is worth it for the benefits of companionship and support.
