In this humorous scene, a man imagines all his habits as people sitting around a table. He explains that production in his life has dropped by 100% and his belly has grown by 500%, so his girlfriend and doctor told him he must choose only one habit to keep. Each habit tries to convince him to stay.

Sugar claims to bring happiness but also makes him gain weight. Wine is accused of damaging the liver. Video games can cause tendonitis and depression. Shopping spends all his money. Social media is addictive and wastes time. Coffee gives little energy but is expensive and can cause headaches or insomnia. Watching series leads to binge-watching and takes too much time.

All the habits criticize each other, arguing about which one is worse. In the end, the man decides coffee is the “best” because all the other habits seem even more harmful. But suddenly, a new character appears: Mr Work. He says he can help the man stay productive and even take over his whole life. The joke is that work, in many modern cultures, becomes its own kind of addiction.
