Past simple, past continuous and the future in the past

Let's practice using the past simple, past continous and the future in the past tenses. Past simple: yesterday I went to the cinema. Past continuous: I was going to the cinema when suddenly I met an old friend of mine. Future in the past: We were going to go to the cinema but then we decided to stay at home to watch a movie.
