Company history

This lesson looks at how different companies started. Students will read an article about Patagonia Inc and its founder. They will also listen to a description of the beginnings of The Body Shop and the work of Anita Roddick, its founder. Students will do some work on verbs in the past simple, as well as complete exercises on vocabulary and comprehension.
