The Invictus Games began in London in 2014. There are 18 different countries which take part in the Invictus Games. There are 12 different sporting events and 400 competitors. The athletes who compete have all served in the armed forces. The Invictus Games was created by Prince Harry. He used to be a soldier and served in the army for 10 years in Afghanistan. He is a passionate advocate for fellow servicemen and women.
