This interview is a sarcastic portrayal of generational differences in the workplace. Amy doesn't have the usual computer skills, and she doesn't want to start work early. This doesn't match what her boss expects. Amy acts like she deserves special treatment and asks for help from HR. The sketch makes fun of ideas people have about millennials and how work used to be done. It shows how hard it can be for different generations to understand each other at work.

To explore the topic further, a recent study on hiring showed that:
• 5% of hiring decisions are made within the first 60 seconds
• 30% of hiring decisions are made within the first 5 minutes
• 52% of hiring decisions are made within the 5 – 15 minute rangeNot a lot of room for error! So how do we increase our chances?
